  - Brand name
  - Model number
  - Link to product at The Vacuum Store and details of competitor's pricing via a flyer, printout, photo or complete web address to the product.

Yes, at the time a price match is requested, a competitor’s product must be in-stock and for online items, available to ship to your location.

No. Our policy only applies to the price of a product, excluding shipping.

Items from Retail Stores: If you find a current lower price on an identical, In-Stock item from a local retailer’s store or website, we will match the price and beat it by 10%. Items from Online-Only Stores: If you find a current lower price on an identical, In-Stock item from a Canadian online-only retailer’s website, we will price match only. Items from online-only retailers are not eligible for the 10% discount. Validation required. In-Stock, new products only.
