The Veloci Stainless Hose Reels offer a convenient way to store your KobraJet hose. These reels are designed to withstand hot water up to 215°F and have anti-corrosion features along with a high-performance stainless swivel. Note that mounting hardware is not included, as it depends on your specific mounting needs.
To install your KobraJet hose, simply slide the swivel end through the opening on the side of the reel core and thread the 3/8" Male NPT threads into the 3/8" Female NPT threads of the swivel. Avoid creating a Quick Coupling joint at the swivel as there is not enough space and the line bend is too steep. Ensure there is some slack at the swivel joint and use the red hose fastener to secure the hose at this point.
To connect to your pump, use a whip line and attach it to the 3/8" Male NPT hose reel inlet. When measuring the whip line length, add an extra foot to avoid excessive bending. Finally, install the handle using the provided hardware.
Always engage the locking mechanism on the side of the reel before leaving it unattended.
