The Veloci Stainless Hose Reels provide a practical solution for storing your KobraJet hose. These reels can handle hot water up to 215°F and feature anti-corrosion components, including a high-performance stainless swivel. Mounting hardware is not included since it varies depending on your specific requirements.
To install your KobraJet hose, simply insert the swivel end into the opening on the side of the reel core and thread the 3/8" Male NPT threads into the 3/8" Female NPT threads of the swivel. Avoid creating a Quick Coupling joint at the swivel due to limited space and a severe line bend. Ensure there is some slack at the swivel joint and use the provided red hose fastener to secure the hose in place.
To connect to your pump, use a whip line and attach it to the 3/8" Male NPT hose reel inlet. When planning, add an extra foot to the whip line distance to prevent excessive bending. Finally, install the handle using the included hardware.
Always engage the locking mechanism on the side of the reel before leaving it unattended.
