For our first house we needed a new Central vac. The vacuum store personnel were easy to talk to, not pushy and were very informative. I made it clear I was looking for information first and wasn't going to buy right away. Research research research. They were happy to help!
The only issue was installation of the new unit which for the avg. person may not be as easy.
